ELIMINATING OLD OIL BOILER TO NEW EFFICIENT MITSUBISHI HYPER HEAT 1:3
Problem: This homeowner had an 27 year old oil boiler that he wanted removed
and replaced with a more efficient system.
Solution: The Comfort Specialists at Arctic Mechanical reviewed several solutions with this homeowner settling on the Mitsubishi Hyper heat unit. The installation team mounted the properly sized outdoor condenser to a bracket which is bolted to the side of the house. Inside we put 1 air handler for main level and 2 air handlers for bedrooms upstairs.
22 YEAR OLD OUTDATED FURNACE THAT IS INEFFICIENT AND HUMIDIFER INOPERATIVE.
Problem: This customer has an old gas furnace that has seen better days.
Solution: The Arctic Mechanical Comfort Specialist proposed to replace the old system with (1) Lennox Signature Series Furnace M# SL280 and (1) Lennox Power Humidifier complete with the condensate pump. This new system should now efficiently and effectively heat and humidify this homeowners house for many years to come.
