Solution: The Arctic Mechanical Design Team came up with a solution to replace the old oil system with a Mitsubishi Hyper Heat heating and cooling solution. This homeowner had installed 1 Hyper heat condenser going into 5 wall mounted air handlers to properly maintain comfortable heating and cooling those rooms year round.
