- Repair & Replace Minor & Major Mechanical Components as Needed
- Perform Preventative Maintenance Tasks
- Identify Replacement Opportunities
- Recommend Preventative Repairs
- Coordinate All Service with Dispatch
Skills & Attributes Required
- Strong Experience with Low-Voltage Controls
- Experience with Chilled Water Systems
- Experience with Commercial Split, Rooftop & Package Systems
- Compressor Replacements
- Heat Exchanger Replacements
- Experience with Motor & Control Board Replacements
- Experience with Economizers
- Experience with Water Towers
- Complete Understanding of the Refrigeration Cycle
Education & Experience
- EPA Universal Required
